Chiarwoman : Katrina Chang
After graduating from university in 1986, Katrina promptly put in to the machinery Industry. In 1989 � 1992 she was engaged in the machinery automation department in the Swiss ABB Taiwan subsidiary company. By 1992, became the HCC General manager and was responsible for the corrugated paper mechanical equipments export and market development. Till the end of the year 2002, Katrina gained 17-years packaging machine industry experience and is well-known professional manager in this industry. In the year 2002, Taiwan government proposed to help small and medium-sized enterprises to develop international marketing. Katrina energetically strived for becoming the convener of the packaging industry and finally became the General Manager of iPACK.

In the past, Taiwan's packaging material/machinery obtained worldwide customer's favor by the competitive cost and flexibility. However, recently facing the fast pursuit by packaging manufacturers in Mainland China and Korea . Taiwan's entrepreneur generally reflect the market competition as intense and profit reduction. Katrina's goal is to provide worldwide customers the complete product portfolio, flexible delivery and guarantee of quality. The most important goal is to establish the brand image in the international market. .

Unhindered communication will be the vital duty for the role of integrator. Katrina believes her past experience will help iPACK to become a good resource integrator. She also believes trust between partners and goodwill is the most valuable intangible assets.
